A full calendar does not always show the whole cost.
A new request can sound small until you notice the rest, the promise to yourself, or the time you had already set aside that gets pushed back.
Use your actual life. Your answers are your own; there is no score or right answer.
What can you see now?
There is no need to turn this into a plan yet.
A place to pause
The Energy Cost Audit helps you see what you have been trading. The YES Reset helps you decide with that awareness still in the room.
The 3-Question YES Filter
- Does this align with my highest-priority focus?
- Am I saying YES from alignment or obligation?
- What am I trading for this YES?
Have I included myself in the answer?

Bring One Real YES
There may already be a decision in front of you that feels different because of what you just noticed.
In a YES Reset Strategy Session, we will slow it down and look at what it asks of your time, energy, capacity, priorities, existing commitments, and what matters in this season. Then we will work through that decision using The YES Reset Method™ so you can hear your own answer more clearly.
The goal is to make sure you are still in the equation when you decide.
